In 1999 David Maddock formed the Consultancy to concentrate on providing a highly professional and user friendly service to house holders which focused on Planning and Building Regulation applications throughout Cheshire. All local Authorities are dealt with and David is well known in all departments. David is a member of the Planning Liaison User Group at Vale Royal, meets with the Cheshire Building Control forum and has an excellent relationship with staff in all Local Authorities.
