- A Chartered design service for extensions, loft conversions, garages and similar adaptions.
- Operating particularly in Vale Royal, Crewe & Nantwich and Chester areas but will travel further if required.
- Acting as an agent, we submit the drawings and structural calculations on behalf of the client to the council. All forms and correspondence are dealt with by DMCS.
- DMCS provides an in house inclusive service, all structural calculations for beams etc. are prepared at the time of submission thus removing the need to employ a second consultant. This is a relatively unique service merited by David's extensive experience and qualifications in construction.
